I had now idea when I started this project last August, just how hard it would be. I haven't been able to do it. I missed a few days in December and I've missed a few more since then. But, what I've realized is that the project is more than a simple task to check off on a daily calendar. It's a way to capture the fleeting moments and to grow my photography skills.
Early in February I flew out to San Jose for a conference. I packed my camera but really only took it out just a handful of times.
I was gone for a week and it felt like forever. It's hard to be away from my family any more.
I'm 199 days into my project. I have a few photography courses under my belt now and a few more lined up.
I've been updating my photography website and working on some new brochures, business cards, gift certificates, etc. Do you like my shiny new logo?! It only took me 2 months to design!!
In other big news, I'm getting ready to roll out my Spring Special. If you want in early on one of the limited session specials, make sure you sign up for the email list. This is includes you, friends! If you want in, make sure you sign up. I'll even make it easy for you and include a sign up in this post:
